• Polarity Leads does offer a Wordpress website offer if you must build on Wordpress.  Contact Polarity Leads for information on their WordPress package deal.  The buyer understands this and agrees with this policy. 
• All images and content currently on the site 
• All written content currently on the site • Seller will add the buyer’s logo, update contact information, add 7 to 10 (recommended) of the buyer's 5-Star reviews, update services as needed, update the About Us page, and upload pictures provided by the buyer on the website 
• If the Buyer has no logo the Seller can provide a logo for use buy purchasing logo development services for a flat fee of $500.00 as a separate charge. 
• Seller will provide 2 minor revisions (not to include additional pages which would be billed separately as noted previously) after purchase and delivery of website at no charge within 30 days of delivery of the website to Buyer. 
• Buyer understands this work will not exceed 1.5 hours and if more hours are needed those will be billed @ $45.00 per hour. 
• The buyer is responsible for securing a TLD (top-level domain for example: ( mybusiness.com) and providing login credentials to the Seller to update name servers to the Convertri website being built for the buyer. If the Buyer does not have a TLD/URL please consult with us before making a purchase. NOTE: NEVER let someone buy your TLD/URL for you under their account. ALWAYS purchase TLD/URLs under your name and account. Whoever buys it owns it. The recommended domain registrar platform is listed here:
  • Namecheap.com (recommended due to price, customer service and ease of use)
  • Godaddy.com
• Or the Buyer can opt to have the Seller create a subdomain on the Convertri.com platform and use that, i.e. johnsplumbingserviceslosangeles.convertri.com at no additional charge to this purchase.  We do recommend that the Buyer purchases a company URL and uses that as the best practice for website development.
• Seller will assist in placing the link to the website on the Buyer's Google Business Profile (aka... Google My Business) 
• Seller will transfer website and content to buyer’s hosting and domain, within approximately 45 days of full payment AND access to buyer’s hosting and domain information.  Delay in providing critical information will delay the launch of the website by at least those number of days and could be further delayed if other clients enter the production pipeline and provide all information as requested on time. 
• Buyer agrees to respond to all requests from Seller for information, pictures, direction, and guidance within a 24-48 hour period from the time of the Seller request.

The first year of web hosting on the Convertri platform is included in the price of this package unless you ARE purchasing our Lifetime Hosting upgrade.  If you are NOT purchasing the Lifetime Hosting upgrade each subsequent year will be billed at $100.00 per year for as long as the clients own the website, OR if they transfer ownership to a 3rd party this price will remain in effect for as long as the website is in place.     

• Buyer agrees by purchasing this service that the bullet list of responsibilities listed in the invoice (same as above) will serve as the Bill of Sale for this service.
