DETAILS OF ITEMS BEING TRANSFERRED AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The SELLER is transferring all assets from the website being built to YOU the BUYER.  This includes: 

• Website buildout on Convertri's BLAZING fast website platform.  
• The website will have between 7 and 12 pages based on services offered by the Buyer. 
• NOTE:  We no longer build websites on WordPress due to the inherent issues with WP including page load speed issues, plugins support, and security concerns.  We ONLY build on the Convertri platform.  You can learn more at Convertri.com. If this is not acceptable to the Buyer please DO NOT purchase this offer since there ARE NO REFUNDS once the purchase is made.  The buyer understands this and agrees with this policy. 
• All images and content currently on the site 
• All written content currently on the site 
• All logins and passwords once the site is up and live
• Seller will add buyer’s logo, update contact information, add 7 to 10 (recommended) of the buyers 5-Star reviews, update services as needed,  update About Us page, and upload pictures provided by buyer on the website

• If Buyer has no logo Seller will provide 2 hours of logo development at no additional charge AFTER the Buyer provides guidance on the color, theme, look, and messaging Buyer would like to incorporate into the logo.  Buyer has full ownership and rights to logo once it is delivered.
• Seller will perform 3 revisions after purchase and delivery of website at no charge within 60 days of delivery of the website to Buyer.  Buyer understands this work will not exceed 3 hours and if more hours are needed those will be billed @ $45.00 per hour. 
• Buyer is responsible for securing a TLD (top-level domain for example: ( mybusiness.com) and providing login credentials to the Seller to update name servers to the Convertri website being built for the buyer.  If the Buyer does not have a TLD/URL please consult with us before making a purchase.  NOTE:  NEVER let someone buy your TLD/URL for you under their account.  ALWAYS purchase TLD/URLs under your name and account.  Whoever buys it owns it.  The recommended domain registrar platform is listed here: 
  • Namecheap.com (recommended due to price, customer service and ease of use)
  • Godaddy.com
• Seller will assist in placing the link to the website on the Buyer's Google Business Profile (aka... Google My Business)
• Seller will transfer website and content to buyer’s hosting and domain, within approximately 45 days of full payment AND access to buyer’s hosting and domain information.
• After the website handoff to Buyer from Seller a recorded Zoom call will be provided to Buyer for basic website maintenance tasks that should be performed as well as basic updates to the website should Buyer decide to perform those themselves.  Buyer can waive this if they are already experienced in website maintenance. 
• Buyer agrees to respond to all requests from Seller for information, pictures, direction, and guidance within a 24-48 hour period from the time of the Seller request.  

The first year of web hosting on the Convertri platform is included in the price of this package unless you ARE purchasing our Lifetime Hosting upgrade.  If you are NOT purchasing the Lifetime Hosting upgrade each subsequent year will be billed at $100.00 per year for as long as the clients own the website, OR if they transfer ownership to a 3rd party this price will remain in effect for as long as the website is in place.     

• Buyer agrees by purchasing this service that the bullet list of responsibilities listed in the invoice (same as above) will serve as the Bill of Sale for this service.
