DETAILS OF ITEMS BEING TRANSFERRED AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The SELLER (Polarity Leads) is transferring all assets from the WordPress templated website options on https://under500.site to YOU (purchaser of this offer) to be referred to as the BUYER.  This offer will not exceed 9 pages to be delivered as the finished digital product to the Buyer.  Additional pages, if requested by the Buyer, are billable at $100.00 per page.  The Buyer also understands there are NO guarantees of website "ranking" on Google or Google Maps with this website offer.  The Buyer understands that ranking can/may be derived from Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Maps Optimization services that are NOT a part of this offer.  The Buyer understands this and the following responsibilities and agrees to them by going forward and purchasing this offer. 

Seller is delivering to the Buyer the following and the Buyer agrees to the terms noted on this page:

• Website theme transferred to the Buyer (both parent and child themes)
• All images and content currently on the sample site the Buyer selects at Under500.site (only 1 sample site to be selected for transfer with this deal)
• All written content currently on the site
• All logins and passwords once the site is up and live
• Seller will add the Buyer’s logo, update contact information, add 7 to 10 (recommended) of the Buyer's 5-star reviews, update services as needed (not to exceed 9 pages total on the website - see above),  update the About Us page, and upload pictures provided by the Buyer on the website and/or use stock photos already on the demo website chosen by the Buyer.
  • If Buyer has no logo Seller will provide a FREE logo from options already created and located on https://under500.site to select from our options already created.  AFTER the Buyer provides guidance on the colors (2 to 3) and name to be on the logo the Buyer will have full ownership and rights to logo once it is delivered.  If the Buyer wishes to have Polarity Leads develop a custom logo that is available as a separate fee of $500.00 for 10 hours of logo development time including 2 video conference calls to ensure the ideas and direction are fully understood.
•  Seller will perform up to revisions after purchase and delivery of website at no charge within 60 days of delivery of the website to Buyer.  Buyer understands this work will not exceed 3 hours total, and if more hours are needed those will be billed @ $45.00 per hour.  We recommend providing any edits and modifications in one communication to maximize the efficient use of the 3 hours allotted. 
• Buyer is responsible for securing and continue maintaining WordPress web hosting and a TLD (top-level domain/domain name for example: mybusiness.com) for as long as the Buyer wishes to keep the website live and active.  It is not the Seller's responsibility to provide or maintain these platforms UNLESS other arrangements have been made between the Buyer and Seller.  Buyer agrees to provide login credentials to Seller to transfer the said website to the Buyer's hosting platform or add Polarity Leads (email to add as collaborator: polarityleads@gmail.com) as a collaborator partner with their hosting platform if they offer that feature.  Recommended domain name purchasing platforms and hosting companies are bullet pointed below; however, Buyers are free to purchase from any provider of WordPress hosting they choose.
  • Namecheap.com (domain name purchases primarily)
  • Siteground.com (Highly recommended by Seller - domain name purchase and web hosting)
    
  • GoDaddy.com (domain name purchase and web hosting)
  • NOTE:  Bluehost.com IS NOT recommended due to issues with page loading speed we have experienced in the past (domain name purchase and web hosting)
• The Seller will assist in placing the active link to the website on the Buyer's Google Business Profile (aka... Google My Business) once the website is live and approved by the Buyer for publishing.
• The Seller will provide a video audit of the Buyer's Google Business Profile and what should be modified to provide improved performance for Maps ranking.  There is NO guarantee for Google Maps ranking improvement with this video audit and the Buyer understands this and agrees with this statement by purchasing this offer.
• Seller will transfer website and content to buyer’s hosting and domain, within approximately 45 days of full payment AND access to buyer’s hosting and domain information.  However, based on how quickly information is provided by the Buyer will determine the actual delivery time.
  
• After the website handoff to the Buyer from the Seller a recorded Google video call will be provided to the Buyer for basic website maintenance tasks that should be performed as well as basic updates to the website should the Buyer decide to perform those themselves.  Buyers can waive this if they are already experienced in website maintenance. 
• Buyer agrees to respond to all written requests via email from the Seller for information, pictures, direction, and guidance within a 24-48 hour period from the time of the Seller request.  Delays in providing a response or information/pictures will lengthen the 60-day delivery period outlined above and the Buyer is aware of and accepts this as part of this offer. 

NOTE:   Buyer understands and acknowledges that this purchase does NOT bind the Seller to perform SEO or Google My Business optimization work or services as part of this purchase.  However, those can be purchased separately once the site is up and live.  

• Buyer understands and agrees that by purchasing this service for the website offer the bullet list of responsibilities listed above and servicing as the invoice (same as above) will serve as the Bill of Sale for this service as well.  Buyer also understands and agrees that there are NO REFUNDS due to the digital nature of this offer.  Do not purchase this deal if you are not in agreement with this statement.
